As part of the Austrian National Tourist Office (ANTO) “breathe.time” campaign and in cooperation with AMA-Marketing, the “Airship” was set up in Rome. In this artificial mobile forest, visitors were able to breathe in fresh, oxygen-rich air “from Austria” and taste natural food from the Land of the Alps.
In a culinary programme, AMA-Marketing combined select alpine specialities from Austrian production with Italian aperitifs.
Prior to this, an Italian bartender and Austrian cheese sommelier travelled from north to south through Austria in search of typical alpine food. Thus the local culinary tradition met that of the neighbouring country. The journey was documented by video.
